Following the completion of civil construction and essential infrastructure across the stage, our Stage 2 purchasers can now move another important step closer to bringing their new homes to life.

For many purchasers, receiving title marks the moment when plans begin to become reality, with builders able to move forward and construction of new homes set to commence across the neighbourhood.
