Review the Perch Design Guidelines, plan of subdivision and building envelope documents before preparing your home design.
Submit your plans to Finnis Communities, Perch’s Design Guidelines Manager. Refer to the Design Guidelines for submission requirements.
Email your plans ↗Finnis Communities will review your plans against the Design Guidelines. Address any requested changes and obtain written design approval.
Following design approval, work with your builder or building surveyor to arrange the permits required before construction begins.
