Obtaining approval from Council and other service authorities for the detailed engineering plans.
Construction of earthworks. This involves cutting and filling to achieve planned surface levels.
Construction of the sewer and drains.
Construction of initial roadworks and installation of water and gas services.
Construction of road kerbs and installation of electrical and telecommunication services.
Finalisation of road construction and the installation of footpaths, crossovers and topsoil.
All on-site construction activities finalised.
Inspections and sign-offs by Council and relevant service authorities to achieve Statement of Compliance.
Registration of lots with the Land Titles Office. Certificates of Title are issued for each individual lot, followed by settlement of lots within 14 days.
