Milestone Moment: Stage 1 Rosella Completed and Settlements Underway

Stage1 Rosella is officially complete, with titles now issued and the very first settlements set to take place in the coming days — marking a major milestone for our community. Soon, our newest residents will be calling Perch home, bringing fresh energy and life to this growing neighbourhood.

Meanwhile, momentum continues to build with Stage 2 Wattlebird. Construction is tracking beautifully and right on schedule, with titles expected in mid-2026 (subject to final approvals). As works progress, we’re seeing the next chapter of Perch come to life — creating even more opportunities for future residents to join this thriving community.
