As a result of ongoing delays in the delivery of external infrastructure surrounding and connecting Perch, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the release of our highly anticipated first stage.

Five Squared has a proud history of developing some of Melbourne’s best located, family friendly, residential land estates. Importantly, our land development projects are not dependent on external financing or pre-sales targets, meaning purchasers have better certainty that they will proceed to completion within normal commercial timeframes.

We are committed to delivery of Perch once we have more clarity over construction and titles timeframes and are looking forward to launching land sales as soon as possible.
